The Melt Experience
Where Intensity meets Intention.
At Melt, movement is intentional, athletic, and elevated.
Led by Kathryn, a Toronto cult favourite known for her precision and powerful teaching style. Classes infuse smart sequencing, strong cueing, and a push-past-your-limits mentality.
Blending discipline + empowerment, every instructor brings the same standard to the room.
Founders
Meet the visionaries behind Melt. Helena and Kathryn dreamed up this sweaty sanctuary with you in mind. Fuelled by a love of movement and community, they created an oasis where you can feel your best.
-
Helena is the heart behind the studio. Born in Brazil, she’s a devoted mom to two beautiful girls and two cats, and the kind of person whose warmth makes you feel instantly at home.
-
Melt’s Lead Instructor and a Toronto cult favourite for the past decade. Known for her powerful sequencing, razor-sharp cues, and ability to push you past what you thought you could do. You don’t want to miss her signature HIIT and Yoga Sculpt classes, they’re nothing like you’ve experienced before! Stick around after class to ask about her dog Vera, and her adventures fostering pups with Save Our Scruff. Warning: she will show you photos.
Melt is located on the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit and the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, the Wendat, and the Haudenosaunee.
The territory is within the lands protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe and allied nations to peaceably share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes.
Today, the meeting place of Toronto (also known as Tkaronto) is home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island, and we are grateful to work on this land.
