We’re excited to have you! To get started, please sign up for class through our app or website (bookings open 2 weeks in advance). Arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class to give yourself time to get familiar with the studio.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in, and be ready to sweat—our classes are infrared heated. Leave your mat at home, as we provide mats for every class. However, you’re welcome to bring your own non-slip mat towel or rent one from us for $3.
We provide complimentary filtered water for your reusable bottle (non-glass), or you can purchase packaged water in the studio.
Note: If you suffer from chronic pain, injuries, or have a severe medical condition, we recommend consulting with a physician before starting a new exercise program.

Please bring your reusable (non-glass) water bottle, breathable workout clothes, and any personal items you may need (e.g., makeup, hairbrush, shower slides).
We provide complimentary shower towels and yoga mats. Our change rooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers.
If you need water, we sell packaged bottles, or you can enjoy complimentary filtered water if you bring your own container.
We offer lockers with built-in locks for storing your belongings (one locker per guest). Please store bags and personal items in the change rooms or lockers. Melt is not responsible for lost or misplaced items—guests are responsible for their own belongings.

There are several public parking options nearby:
Bedford Road Green P: Paid street parking from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Dupont Street: Free street parking before 7:30 AM and Free 1-hour street parking
North side: 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
South side: 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Chicora Avenue: Free 1-hour street parking after 10 a.m.
Avenue Road Parking Lot: entrance through 111 Pears Avenue
Open 24/7. $5 ½ hr or less. $25 Daily Max Rate 6AM-6PM. $15 Evening Flat Rate 6PM-6AM. $10 Day Flat Rate Sunday 6AM-6PM.
Transit Options:
Line 26 runs directly in front of our building.
We’re a 3-minute walk from St. George Subway Station and a 9-minute walk from Dupont Subway Station.
Biking:
You can lock your bike directly in front of the studio.
Toronto shared bikes are available a 1-minute walk away on Davenport.
We all know Toronto parking can be a challenge! Please allow yourself enough time to find parking and arrive before class starts.

Please check in at the front desk upon arrival. We recommend arriving early to give yourself plenty of time to prepare.
Once you've checked in, head into the studio and find the mat number you've booked. If you're unsure, our front desk team will be happy to remind you of your spot!
Important: You must be present for class once you've checked in.

Yes! We have two all-gender showers, each stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We also provide complimentary shower towels and a hair dryer.

We love to sweat! Class temperatures vary depending on the style, but you can expect anywhere between 37.5°C - 40°C.
Practicing in a hot room adds an extra challenge, increases your heart rate, boosts cardiovascular health, improves lung capacity, and promotes flexibility. Most importantly, it just feels great!

Yes, class credits expire 1 year after purchase.
Intro 2 Week Membership expire 14 days after your first visit. Intro 3 for 60 expire 30 days after purchase.
Please note: Some exceptions may apply. For example, workshop or specialty event credits will expire at the conclusion of the event.

There are no initiation fees and no annual commitment with our memberships. You can cancel at any time with 7 days written notice.
As long as your membership remains active, your monthly rate is price-protected—forever. However, if you cancel your membership, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to rejoin at the same rate you previously locked in.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for partial months if you cancel mid-month.

Unlimited Memberships: Get 2 complimentary guest passes per month.
Limited Monthly Memberships: Get 1 complimentary guest pass per month.
Please note: Our standard 12-hour no-show and late cancellation policies apply to guest reservations. If your guest doesn't show up for a class you've booked for them, your account will be subject to the no-show penalty.
Important: Membership credits do not roll over into the next month—no exceptions.

Absolutely! All class credits (5/10/20 packs) are shareable with friends.
However, monthly memberships (Unlimited and Limited) cannot be shared. Unlimited Memberships offer 2 free guest passes per month, and Limited Memberships offer 1 free guest pass per month.

While booking online or through our app is recommended to secure your spot and get your preferred mat location, walk-ins are welcome if spots are available.
To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to sign up in advance!

If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available up to 15 minutes before class, you’ll be automatically added and will receive an email notification.
Important: Late cancel and no-show fees still apply if you're added from the waitlist.
15 minutes before class, the online waitlist will close, and any open spots will be available for in-person drop-ins. If you’re not present at the class start time, your reserved spot will be given away.
If you’re unable to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added to the class. There are no charges for removing yourself from the waitlist, but a no-show fee will apply if you’re added and do not attend, even if it’s last minute.

To respect the experience and safety of your fellow classmates and instructors, classes start on time. The studio doors will open 5 minutes before class starts and remain open for 2 minutes after the scheduled start time. Once the doors close, latecomers will not be allowed in. There are no exceptions—even for you Mom!
Classes begin with important introductions and safety instructions, which are essential for proper form and technique. If you arrive late, we will gladly help you find a spot in a future class, subject to availability.
If you are not present in the studio room at the start of the scheduled class, you will be unable to attend.

To cancel a class, please use your account on our website or mobile app. We do not accept cancellations via email.

Remember to cancel class at least 12 hours in advance or you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee. This includes switching time slots under the 12-hour notice time period. -
We do not offer refunds and do not accept refund requests for price adjustments. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

No, we are a cashless and mostly paperless facility.

We provide complimentary mats and face towels for all guests. For safety and hygiene, a non-slip mat cover towel is required for all classes. You can either bring your own or rent one for $3.

Yes, all clients must be at least 16 years old to attend class. Unfortunately, we do not permit anyone under 16 in the studio.
Please note: We do not have childcare on-site, and for the safety and experience of all guests, we cannot allow children in the studio while you're taking a class.

To cancel your membership, simply email hello@meltstudios.ca or visit the front desk in person.
Please provide 7 days' written notice to ensure we can cancel your membership before your next billing cycle.
If the appropriate notice is not given, we are unable to provide a refund for any charges made after the billing cycle.

Instructors and Classes: Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit our schedule page for the most up-to-date class details.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Debit. Cash is not accepted.
Payment & Refunds: All services must be pre-paid and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers.
Late Entry: We do not allow late entry into classes—no exceptions. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class to ensure a timely start.
Drop-ins: Drop-ins are welcome, but a spot cannot be guaranteed without pre-registering through our app or website.
Minimum Age: The minimum age to participate in class is 16. For safety and to maintain a tranquil environment for all clients, minors under 16 are not permitted in the studio, either to attend classes or accompany parents/guardians. -
All membership contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle.
To cancel, please email hello@meltstudios.ca at least 7 days before the expiration of your current month. This ensures your auto-renewal is canceled for the following month. We do not offer refunds for partial months if you cancel mid-month.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Melt Studios reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership, without refund, if you or your guest:
a) fail to follow studio rules and policies,
b) cause a nuisance or disturbance,
c) engage in illegal or inappropriate conduct, or
d) act in a way that may endanger yourself, others, or studio property.
If your membership is suspended, your payment obligations under this Agreement will continue as scheduled.

We love creating a space where everyone feels welcome, focused, and supported. Please help us keep the Melt vibe flowing:
Arrive early – Doors close at class start time.
Check in – Always stop by the desk before class.
Phones away – Silence and store them in lockers.
No shoes in the hot room – Leave all street shoes outside the practice space.
Quiet zone – Keep voices low in practice rooms.
Stay ‘til the end – If you must leave early, exit before final rest.
Leave props in the room – Our team will clean and reset after class.
No recording – Classes are a safe, private space.
Be kind – To yourself, your teachers, and our community.

We never want you to miss your favourite class! The only way to guarantee your spot is to register online or through the app.
If the class is full, please join the waitlist. We promise they work!

Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, a $15 Late Cancellation fee will apply.
No Show: If you do not show up for class and haven’t canceled, a $20 No Show fee will apply.
Late Entry: Doors open 5 minutes before class and remain open for 2 minutes after class begins. After that, latecomers will not be allowed in for the safety of all participants. No exceptions.
We do not accept cancellations via email, social media, or phone. Please use the app or website to cancel.

You can freeze your membership for up to 30 days twice per membership year. The first freeze can be requested at any time after starting your membership.
This freeze policy does not include involuntary freezes (e.g., studio closures). In the case of injury or pregnancy, you can request a freeze for the required duration with a doctor’s note.
All freeze requests must be made in writing, including your desired start and end date. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the desired start date to avoid automatic billing.

How It Works: If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist in hopes of getting a spot. If someone cancels their reservation, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled into the class, up to 15 minutes before the class start time.
Notifications: You will be notified via email and text if you get bumped from the waitlist into the class. Make sure your profile is set to receive notifications (check your settings in the Profile section of the Melt app to OPT IN for text messages).
Removing Yourself: If you no longer wish to take the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically enrolled and facing any penalties. There is no penalty for removing yourself from the waitlist. Once you are enrolled in class, our standard no-show / late cancellation policies will apply.
The waitlist will lock 15 minutes before class starts, meaning no more spots will be added from the waitlist. After that time, any available spots will be given to walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Memberships become active upon your first class.
Each membership allows two complimentary pauses per membership year, with each pause lasting a maximum of 30 days.
All sales are final. Memberships, drop-ins, class cards, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees:
A $20 no-show fee will be charged if you do not attend a class you’re registered for.
A $15 late cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your class less than 12 hours before the start time.
Sorry, we cannot make individual exceptions to these policies.

To maintain a focused and respectful environment, the use of phones during class is not permitted. Phones should be kept out of the studio space entirely.
Phones Off or on Silent:
Please turn off or silence your cell phone before entering Melt. Vibrations can still be disruptive in a quiet room.No Phone Use in the Practice Area:
Refrain from using your phone for calls, texting, or checking notifications inside the studio, including before and after class. This ensures a distraction-free environment for everyone.Emergency Use Only:
If you are expecting an urgent call, or you require your mobile device for accessibility or medical reasons, please inform the instructor before class and keep your phone on silent by your mat. Step outside quietly if you need to take the call.No Photos or Videos During Class:
To respect the privacy and comfort of all students, recording or taking photos during class is not permitted. If you wish to take a photo before or after class, please ensure you are not including other students.Designated Phone Area:
If needed, please use your phone outside the entrance door or in the stairwell.
Smartwatches Allowed:
Smartwatches are welcome, but we strongly recommend setting them to Theater Mode to minimize distractions during class.
