Pilates Flow

The perfect blend of yoga and Pilates. This Melt signature full-body class pairs breath-led movement with controlled strength work to build stability and deep core control. Expect intentional yoga flows followed by dedicated series for arms, core, and legs using lighter weights and high repetitions to build endurance and definition. Rooted in traditional Pilates, this class prioritizes form, precision, and progression over heavy load.

Yoga Sculpt

The best of both worlds. Sculpt blends the intensity of strength training with the flow of yoga for a full-body practice that ignites and grounds in equal measure. Expect low-impact core work, strength building, and a serious sweat. Props include mid-to-heavy weights, yoga blocks, and resistance bands. Yoga Flow & Candlelit Yin

This signature Melt experience begins with an intentional, breath-led Flow to build strength and generate steady internal heat. Then we shift. As the lights dim and candles glow, the practice softens into a restorative Yin. Long, supported holds invite fascial release, spinal mobility, and deep flexibility while breathwork guides the nervous system into a calmer state. You'll leave feeling both worked and completely restored.

Candlelit Sound Bath

This sound bath is a deeply restorative class designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset. Expect long-held yin postures, gentle breathwork, and the calming resonance of crystal singing bowls woven throughout class.
