Yoga Sculpt

Guided by breath and intentional movement, this class prioritizes joint health, functional flexibility, and controlled strength. Yoga Flow & Candlelit Yin
This signature Melt experience begins with an intentional, breath-led Flow designed to build strength and generate steady internal heat. Expect purposeful transitions, deep core engagement, and a grounding sequence that challenges both focus and endurance. Then we shift. As the lights dim and candles glow, the practice softens into a restorative Yin. Long, supported holds focus on fascial release, spinal mobility, and deep stretching to enhance joint health, circulation, and flexibility. Breathwork guides the nervous system into a calmer state, allowing the body to fully unwind. You’ll leave feeling worked and completely restored.
