  • Frankie’s Pilates classes are sweaty and addictive. She’s the kind of strength we all aspire to: powerful, resilient, and unapologetically strong. Expect high energy, and a challenge that makes you feel like a badass long after class ends.

  • Brendan makes Power Flow look effortless. An inversion specialist with unreal balance, his classes challenge you to play, explore, and find strength you didn’t know you had. In Mobility Flow, the focus shifts to joint health and longevity. Essential for building resilient joints, improving range of motion, and supporting a sustainable, pain-free movement practice both on and off the mat.

  • Chelsea brings magnetic enthusiasm with a centered, reassuring presence. Teaching both Pilates and Yoga, her versatility shines. You’ll walk out feeling capable, clear-headed, and more in tune with your body.

  • Emma’s classes move with precision. Her energy is grounded and steady, but don’t be fooled, the burn builds subtly and stays with you. Each flow is intentional and layered, and you’ll feel yourself getting stronger with every transition. Her classes will become the anchor of your week.

  • Equal parts sweet and strong. Ellie nudges you past your comfort zone while making you feel fully supported. She’s so warm and genuinely kind, you’d never expect to sweat this much.

  • Pilates queen energy. Afton pushes herself first, setting the bar high and delivering a focused and satisfying burn. Her background in dance keeps you moving to the beat, and never bored. Her classes will be the most fun you have all week!

  • Sacha teaches HIIT Pilates and HIIT Strength with undeniable power. She is fiercely strong, and it shows in every sequence she programs. Her classes are athletic and results-driven, and she will challenge you! You’ll walk out feeling stronger than when you walked in.

The first hello and the last goodbye of your Melt experience. Our front desk team ensures every detail runs smoothly so your time in the studio feels effortless. For anything you need, they’ve got you.

  • Paige is one of the welcoming faces you’ll see on weekday evenings at Melt. Calm, organized, and always happy to help, she keeps everything flowing smoothly. Powered by matcha and the love from her dogs, Skylar and Kevin, she’s known by her friends as the slick back queen. As you can see in the photo, beauty queen energy included.

  • Maddie is a hospitality pro with a mission: make every day a little brighter. She’ll welcome you with a smile and make sure every detail behind the scenes is dialed in. If you’re joining us for an early morning class, she’s likely the one opening the doors and setting the tone for your day.

  • Allysha brings calm, organized energy to the Melt desk every weekend. With a sharp attention to detail and a thoughtful approach, she keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. Whether it’s your first visit or your weekly ritual, she makes sure your weekend flow starts off right.

Founders

Meet the visionaries behind Melt. Helena and Kathryn dreamed up this sweaty sanctuary with you in mind. Fuelled by a love of movement and community, they created an oasis where you can feel your best.

  • Helena is the heart behind the studio. Born in Brazil, she’s a devoted mom to two beautiful girls and two cats, and the kind of person whose warmth makes you feel instantly at home.

  • Melt’s Lead Instructor and a Toronto cult favourite for the past decade. Known for her powerful sequencing, razor-sharp cues, and ability to push you past what you thought you could do. You don’t want to miss her signature HIIT and Yoga Sculpt classes, they’re nothing like you’ve experienced before! Stick around after class to ask about her dog Vera, and her adventures fostering pups with Save Our Scruff. Warning: she will show you photos.
