Before You Book

Start with an intro special, then book a class through the schedule or app. It’s the easiest way to try different styles, instructors, and class times before choosing a regular routine.

Book your spot in advance, arrive 15 minutes early, and wear comfortable clothes you can sweat in. Mats are provided, and you can bring or rent a non-slip towel.

Most classes are held in an infrared-heated room, with temperatures around 35°C and added humidity. Class intensity and heat levels may vary, so check the description before booking.

Classes start on time, and late entry is not available once the studio doors close. Please arrive early so you can check in, set up, and settle before class begins.
